Unprecedented flight endurance sometimes countable by weeks not hours and low operational costs make all types of LTA platforms very efficient for communication and surveillance purposes. We propose different approaches: for the stationary use at the altitudes of up to 5000 meters ASL the Tethered Aerostats are the most effective. That is a proven reliable solution although with some reasonable weather limitations. The size and cost are very much depending on the mission payload parameters and overall customer’s requirements. For mobile missions at similar altitude range the Unmanned Airships could be an alternative. If your dreams are much above the clouds, you can rely on our new developments – High Altitude Platforms.
